Haid, Jr., focused on founding his practice, Atlanta Brain and Spine Care, and developing expertise in multiple spine conditions and treatments, such as spinal tumors, Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery, and deformity. In Rugby, he was selected <strong>\u201cAll Midwest,\u201d \u201cAll American Rugby Football Union,\u201d<\/strong> played on the United States Pan American Rugby team, and was invited to try out for the <strong>United States Rugby Team,<\/strong> the Eagles.<\/li>\n<li>He served in the <strong>United States Air Force at Wilford Hall Medical Center<\/strong> in San Antonio, Texas from 1989\u201393.<\/li>\n<li>In 1993 Dr. Haid joined the faculty at <strong>Emory University, Atlanta, Georgia<\/strong> as Associate Professor and was promoted to Professor in 2001. He has been a Course Director more than 280 times, lectured at over 200 Spinal Courses, and presented over 500 papers.
